To support in Implementing of Remuneration Policy and management of salary disbursement as per Policy
Engage in significant conversations with key decision makers and business owners to promote the services
Achieve Productivity requirements and performance delivery as outlined by Operation scorecard
To support in Accurate and timely presentation of salary sheet and related MIS duly signed off by appropriate officers
Monitoring Employee Confirmations as per schedule
Identify research areas to collaborate with external sources for content and data
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

Fresher to 02 year of experience in human resources, administration or business development.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Ability to use of MS office (outlook, word, excel, power point) is mandatory.
Person of high integrity, and commitment to organizational values and principles.
Experience managing office staff.
Graduated: Qualification
Salary: 8K to 15K
